Built-in serviceability

All service filters are located on the cool side of engine compartment. Engine, pumps and hydraulic components are easily accessible for maintenance or repair. A hydraulic oil transfer pump is included as standard equipment to decrease the risk of contamination to the hydraulic system. As we all know, routine maintenance is vital for equipment to remain productive. Serviceability was a leading design requirement for the J-Loader 1580.

With a center section bearing larger than a 488 Scoop and a X-strong boxed-design boom, moving components are beefed-up and over-sized on the J-Loader 1580, earning its nickname “The Beast” among machine operators.

Heavy-Duty Loader frame

The J-Loader 1580′s frame is constructed of 1” thick steel plate. All the plates have beveled weld-prep and are 100% welded. Our frames are built to last, rebuild after rebuild after rebuild.

The J - Loader 1580 is 16″-20″ narrower than machines with similar lift capacities, allowing it to get in those tight places.
